Day 20: Nicknames

Day 20 is all about nicknames.  People always think Kate is a nickname, but it's not.  I'm just plain Kate, not Kathleen or Katherine.  I do have a couple nicknames, which are:

- Katie (my cousins on my dad's side all still call me Katie, which I haven't gone by since approximately 1986)

- Kater Dater (my parents have called me this forever, and Kurt has started using it, too!)

- Kay-Kay (another nickname my dad has for me)

- Kato (my college roommates call me this)

- Babe (If he's not calling me Kater, Kurt calls me Babe)

Kurt's nicknames are:

- Kurty (his parents, siblings, and nephews call him this..."Uncle Kurty")

- Yurtis or Yurt for short (his dad and I call him this)

- Kurty Yurty (my nickname for him)

- Babe (If it's not Kurty Yurty, it's Babe!)
